My Philosphy of Education

My philosophy of education is based on the fact that all children can learn.  We as educators need to provide them with a foundation for learning.  Every child may require their foundations to be laid differently, but they all need foundations to be laid.  Children are unique and require their needs to be met in a way that they understand.  Whether it be different learning styles or maybe even a special need, the ability to learn is still present.

My role as an educator is to not be afraid of child because of differences they may have whether physical or not.  My role as an educator is to provide an education for all students in my classroom.  My role as an educator is to teach the kids that differences are not a bad , they only add to the individuals that we become.

As educators we should embrace these opportunities as adding to our foundations also.  We can take the opportunities that we are given and grow.

People are pretty much alike. It's only that our differences are more susceptible to definition than our similarities.
